Susan normally sees people on average between one and four times. Some people find that one session is sufficient especially if they follow the self hypnosis regime that Susan instructs them in, However for deep rooted, more severe problems or even for extra reassurance more sessions may be necessary.  Each session lasts between sixty and ninety minutes. Susan is able to inform them of the length of course she thinks will be needed usually in the first telephone consultation.

For some problems Susan offers a super-intensive session lasting a minimum of ninety minutes and costing £45, primarily this is designed for people with driving/exam fears or public speaking fears etc who need to see immediate results but may also benefit others who want to kick start their courses of treatment.  Speak to Susan for individual advice on whether this may help you.

Susan treats people on an individual basis, although for smoking, weight loss and motivation only, she will see people in groups of two or more if required.  See group discounts for more information.

A home visit in and around Newcastle Under Lyme, Stoke on Trent or Market Drayton costs  a minimum of £40, or if she sees the client in the treatment room it is £35.
